Grok Bot use case

Review every draft from your bots in one sitting

When several bots write emails, posts and replies, approving them one at a time all day is distracting, and letting them send freely is risky.

How to do it

  1. Connect a shared board, such as a Notion database, that all your bots can write to.
  2. Tell each bot to drop its drafts there marked "Waiting approval" instead of sending them.
  3. Set aside a few minutes each morning to approve or drop the whole batch.
  4. @worawisut says he runs this for 33 bots, and nothing goes out without his OK.
