What we build
Custom bots and workflows
A Grok Bot built around one job in your business, with clear rules for what it may and may not do.
Routines and automations
Scheduled checks, reports and follow-ups that run on their own and only ping you when something needs a decision.
Inbox, calendar and admin assistants
Help sorting email, drafting replies, keeping calendars straight and clearing small admin tasks, always with your approval before anything is sent.
Websites built by voice
A simple site or landing page you describe out loud, then refine together until it is ready to publish.
Content and social pipelines
A repeatable flow for turning your ideas, recordings and notes into posts, clips and drafts you review.
Team training and setup
Hands-on setup and plain-English training so your team can run and adjust the bots themselves.
How it works
- Call or text. Tell us what you want to automate or build. A short description is plenty.
- Scope and quote. We agree on exactly what gets built and you get a fixed quote for that project before any work starts.
- Build and hand-off. We build it, test it with you and hand it over with simple instructions so you own and control it.
Questions
How much does it cost?
Pricing is quoted per project after a short scoping conversation. There are no packages or hourly menus; you see the full quote before any work starts.
What kind of arrangement is this?
Independent contract work (1099). Bot Lodge works as an outside contractor, not as an employee or agency of record.
Can you guarantee results?
No. We build and test carefully and fix what we agreed to build, but we cannot guarantee business results such as revenue, leads or time saved.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Bots, routines and accounts are set up under your own accounts wherever possible.
