Grok Bot use case

Let two Grok Bot accounts share work through one Notion board

When two people (or two accounts) each run their own bots, finished research sits in one chat and the other side has to copy it over by hand.

How to do it

  1. Make a Notion workspace both accounts can open, with pages for business knowledge, projects, a Bot Tasks board and past decisions.
  2. On each Grok Bot account, connect Notion and give it access to that workspace. Test it by having one account create a page and the other add a note to it.
  3. On the Bot Tasks board, give every task one owner, a status (Ready, In Progress, Review, Done, Blocked) and a next owner.
  4. Tell each bot to leave a short handoff note when it finishes: what it did, where the results are, what's left and who takes over.
  5. Give each account a routine that checks the board for Ready tasks, since a Notion change doesn't wake a bot on the other account by itself.
  6. @liam_fallen's article walks through the full setup, including sample instructions for both accounts and an optional coordinator bot.
