Grok Bot use case

Answer a pile of identical support tickets in one approved batch

When something breaks, dozens of customers write in about the same issue, and you're stuck either replying one by one for hours or firing off a bulk reply that might reach the wrong people.

How to do it

  1. Tell your Grok Bot which tickets or emails to look at, which ones to leave out, and the exact reply you want sent.
  2. Have it find the matching messages and set aside any it isn't sure belong to the problem.
  3. Ask it to show you the proposed list and the exact message before anything goes out, then spot-check and edit.
  4. Approve the batch. The bot sends in small groups, keeps a record, and stops with a report if anything fails.
  5. Optional: give a second bot a routine that checks new tickets every few minutes and alerts you when several report the same issue.
  6. SpaceXSI says its IncidentSweep bot cleared 204 tickets in about 10 minutes this way, with an engineer approving the batch.
