Grok Bot use case
Let your bot spot card fees your shop is overpaying
Card processing fees are a small cut of every sale, so they are easy to ignore, and few owners have time to compare payment plans.
How to do it
- Give your Grok Bot access to the inbox where your payment provider sends statements and receipts.
- Ask it to work out what you paid in card fees last month as a share of your sales.
- Ask it to compare your provider's current plans, and one or two alternatives, against your typical order size.
- Review its suggestion yourself and approve any plan change before anything is switched.
- @william40152988 says their Grok Bot noticed their bubble tea shop was paying almost 1.9% in card fees and suggested a plan with no fee on small payments; they estimate it saves at least 300 euros a year.
