Use cases › Handing off errands by voice

Grok Bot use case
Hand off errands by voice with a simple work-order formula
Quick voice requests are often too vague, so you get back something you didn't want and have to explain it all again.
How to do it
- On an iPhone 15 Pro or newer, open Settings, then Action Button, swipe to Shortcut and pick Grok Bot.
- Press and hold the button whenever a to-do comes to mind.
- Say it like a work order: what you want, what done looks like, and when you need it. For example: find three well-reviewed plumbers near me; done means names, numbers and rough prices in a list; by tonight.
- Check the result when your bot reports back, and approve anything that spends money or contacts someone for you.
- @RobertB81706640 shares the Action Button setup and his busy-dad trick: talk to your bot like a work order, with what, what done looks like, and when.
