Two-account handoff board: Notion setup for teams of bots

A setup for running Grok Bots on two separate accounts, such as an owner and a teammate, so one account's bots can finish research and the other's can pick it up and carry on. A shared Notion task board holds the jobs and handoff notes, and each account keeps its own bots, memory and logins.

How to set it up

  1. Connect Notion on both Grok Bot accounts and share one workspace with a Bot Tasks database.
  2. Paste the article's role and handoff instructions into the bots on each account.
  3. Add a scheduled routine on each account that checks the board for tasks marked Ready.

Two Grok Bot accounts and a Notion workspace both can access.
