How to set it up

  1. Pick one Google account as the family's home base and set up a simple Drive folder layout.
  2. Keep vehicles, warranties and subscriptions in a Google Sheet so Grok Bot can watch renewal dates.
  3. Add Gmail labels for receipts, school mail and deliveries so the bot reads sorted mail.
  4. Use one shared calendar and have Grok Bot propose events you approve.
