Spam-Call Scrubber: opt your number out of data-broker lists

@MinimalDuck published Spam-Call Scrubber after using Grok Bot to hunt down their own number on people-search sites and file the removals. The free template finds listings, submits opt-outs, finishes email confirmations and re-checks on a schedule. @elonmusk later pointed people at the same idea.

1. Open the Spam-Call Scrubber template link and add it to Grok Bot.
2. Give it the phone number you want removed from spam lists.
3. Review the opt-outs it files and confirm any emails it asks you to approve.
4. Leave the re-check schedule on so it watches for the number showing up again.
