Junk Mail Scrubber: file US junk mail opt-outs for you

@ogjustinw built a free Grok Bot template that files US junk-mail opt-outs using just your name, address and email, then lists exactly what it filed. It targets credit offers, catalogs, marketing lists and coupon mailers, and the author says mail tapers off over 60-90 days. No SSN needed.

How to set it up

  1. Open Junk Mail Scrubber in the Grok Bot marketplace and add it.
  2. Give it your name, mailing address and email.
  3. Let it file the opt-outs and read the list of what it filed.
  4. Check your mailbox over the next couple of months and re-run it for any new senders.
