Grok Bot setup prompts plus notes on shared IPs

After two weeks of heavy use, Helena explains that all your bots share one cloud computer and one browser profile, and that in her tests they surfaced shared datacenter IPs that drew stricter CAPTCHAs on social sites (her own observation, not official). She shares three copy-paste bot prompts: a Claude Code runner, a ChatGPT-in-the-browser helper and a careful Mac storage-cleanup bot that moves things to Trash first and asks before anything is deleted for good.

How to set it up

  1. Don't sign a bot into an account you wouldn't want every bot to reach.
  2. Avoid running important, closely watched social accounts through the cloud browser.
  3. Copy her cleanup prompt if you want a bot to free disk space: Trash first, list with sizes, delete only after you verify.
  4. Hand the computer back to yourself for any login, and never paste passwords into chat.
