1. Pick one boring job that takes 30–60 minutes a week.
2. Run it read-only twice, correct it, and only then save it as a skill and a routine.
3. Have the bot draft emails and CRM changes, and approve each one yourself.
4. Give each bot the minimum access it needs, and keep sends, purchases and deletes behind approval.
