## Before you build
- [ ] One sentence: who is it for and what does it do?
- [ ] List the 3 screens or actions that matter. Skip everything else for v1.
- [ ] Pick one builder (Cursor, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, v0) and stick with it for v1.

## While building
- [ ] Commit or snapshot after every working change.
- [ ] Ask the agent to explain any file you don't understand.
- [ ] Keep secrets (API keys) in environment variables, never in code.
- [ ] Turn on database row-level security before real users sign up.

## Before launch
- [ ] Test sign-up, log-in, payment and log-out on your phone.
- [ ] Ask the agent: "List security risks in this codebase and fix the top 5."
- [ ] Add a privacy note and a contact email.
- [ ] Set up error alerts so you hear about bugs before users do.

## After launch
- [ ] Watch real users try it, and fix the first thing that confuses them.
- [ ] Ship one small improvement every day.
